What KinetiCourt stores and where it goes.

Beta access requests

When you request beta access, KinetiCourt stores the email address you submit and the request time in Supabase. The public website can add a request but cannot read, edit, or delete the request list.

The email is used to manage beta access and contact you about KinetiCourt. If you later receive a beta message, you can reply to that message to ask for removal.

Authentication

Supabase handles sign-in for approved beta accounts. The browser stores session information so an approved user can remain signed in. The analysis API checks the Supabase access token and accepts requests only from the approved beta account.

Tennis video and analysis data

An uploaded clip goes directly to the private analysis computer. KinetiCourt does not store tennis video in Supabase. The analysis computer keeps the clip, job record, report, and generated replay only for its configured retention window.

An approved user can delete an analysis job and its private files from the results screen. Automatic cleanup also removes expired jobs and files.

What a video may contain

Record only people who have agreed to be filmed. Check the background before uploading and avoid clips that show bystanders, addresses, vehicle plates, or other details you do not want processed.

Beta limits

KinetiCourt is still being tested. Data handling and retention settings may change before wider access. This page will be updated when the product's data flow changes.
